[NDBoost]

I have upgraded the default members from 90px by 90px to 100px by 100px.

Also i have enabled the vendors, tier 1 and 2 donators and staff to have larger avatars according to their group.

tier 1 donator - 120px by 120px
tier 2 donator - 140px by 140px
vendors - 140px by 140px

moderators - 140px by 140px
administrators - 160px by 160px
owner - 160px by 160px

So upload a new avatar!
