My name is Joe and i own a 91 turbo auto tagra supra. I've owned the car since 02, i think. Bought it for 2 reasons, 1 ITS A SUPRA! and 2 my friend had one at the time. I bought it for a really cheap price but the engine was seized. Didn't care cause like i said i got it cheap. My friends dad buys and sells cars so i talked to him and ordered an engine and had it installed. It ran fine until it over heated and warped the head. Had a "mechanic" fix the head but never ran the same after that. So the car has been sitting since 05 or 06 and i recently got it back a few months ago. When it was sitting someone broke in and stated cutting the wiring. not sure why, my guess is they wanted to steal it or just vandalize. Since then most of the interior harness has been replaced but the guy who was working on it moved away. I know how to do the basics but wiring is not my favorite thing. I really want to get it running again! I had so much fun driving it and i want that feeling back.
For now i would like to get it back on the road. If anyone is good with wiring let me know. I live in Glendale near cardinal stadium. I will try to post up some pics later today after i clean her up.
My future plan is a 5spd swap, or ultimately go all out and do a 2jz 6spd!
I look forward to meeting and talking to all of you. Thx for your time.

Welcome, I believe "BILLY" aka SIDEWAYS is the wiring guy in this forum. Or so I have been told. But there's probably a few in this forum that can assist you. Not me, i'm not a wiring guy either.

Thx Clint.
Here are some pics. I won't show the interior cause it looks like a tornado hit!

hey man WELCOME!!!
i see you need some wiring help. the cheapest fastest route is to buy another engine harness off a known running car and also i see you fusebox is kinda effed with too (any cut wires there too? ) you can also get that harness too. for about $200-$250 you could get both harnesses and take the guess work out of that mess. Billy is known for wiring but he may even tell you your best bet is to get another harness as it's a simpler route and less time consuming.
also 6spd with our cars would be pointless because of the gear ratios unless you plan on modify your rear subframe to bolt in a mk4 diff. you may want to stick with a 5spd R154.
