I'm aware of ums's rate, not sure who is tuning the car yet, I kinda got a sour taste in my mouth from ums when I first went to tune my car, for one I wasn't able to watch it get tuned and two I wasted $500 for them to tell me that there was something wrong with my car so they couldn't tune my car...
